For those of you who don’t live near the South Coast or even in the UK, but still want to access world class Turbo Fit coaching and guidance we offer online personal training options that have helped many people take control of their bodies and produce some awesome results.

We can design an online training program specifically for you based on your individual profile (including age, exercise history, fitness level, goals, available equipment, schedule availability, medical history, etc.) and for working out anywhere (home, gym, or on the road), with a variety of exercise equipment or even no equipment at all! We do all this using the extensive profile you provide to develop your fully customized training program.

    Comprehensive Online Personal Training
    Each month you will receive a new, bespoke Turbo Fit Online Personal Training Programme, a new nutritional audit and diet plan outline, and unlimited access to your very own Turbo Fit personal trainer, via email, to deliver online training, nutritional coaching and to answer any questions you may have. Nutrition Assessment & Coaching. Our Precision Nutrition certified Nutrition Coach will ask you to keep a food diary of exactly what you have consumed during the previous week and, through this, we can accurately conduct a full scale audit of dietary habits and make positive changes that are particular to how you eat. Rather than making sweeping statements that apply generally, this guidance is tailored specifically to you, your habits and goals. We are also aware that success of a plan means it needs to integrate fully into your your lifestyle. Macronutrient profiles are broken down based on goals, activity and even photographs. Eating correctly is an education, not a regime, and we teach you exactly what works for your own body. Exercise Programme Design. In this you will receive a full 5 weeks of workouts including everything from cardio to resistance training and active rest sessions. Each and every workout for the month is planned out for you– everything from weight you use, repetitions you perform and rest intervals you take. This way there is no guesswork on your part; everything is set and easy to follow! This unique offering is the same as having our Turbo Fit trainer coaching you in person only you will need to provide your own motivation! Without the added benefit of Turbo Fit’s one-on-one coaching you will need to be dedicated, disciplined, and focused. You will be asked to complete our detailed assessment and appraisal forms and here we learn all about you. We cover your previous exercise experience and medical history, seek to understand exactly what motivates you to achieve your own unique physical goals and what type of equipment and location you have to work with. We are then in a position to write up a bespoke 5 week training program encompassing every aspect of exercise science that will allow you to achieve your goals.
