Both Bride Only and Bride and Groom packages above inlcude a weekly private training session at a date, time and location agreed with your trainer.  In addition, Turbo Fit will provide you with a training plan to keep you on track in the days between your sessions. 

Bridal Bootcamp includes a weekly private training session for you and as many of your bridal party as you wish to bring along!  Agree the when, where and how with your trainer based on what you enjoy and then get competetive with your friends and family!

Our trainer one-on one with the Bride will have you slipping into that dress with ease, training in a fully customised way that you will enjoy so much, you'll come back for more after the Honeymoon!     Have the entire bridal party looking great on your wedding day! BRIDAL BOOT CAMP is designed for three or more people, perfect for the Bridesmaids, the Groomsmen, or the whole gang! Work with us to find a location and fitness activities that suits all of you for some tough workouts with the added motivation of having your friends and family join you!
